What do I do if I don't remember my password?

If you do not remember your password please request an email to reset it using the "Forgot password" link on the login page.


How can I deactivate/activate course emails?

You can unsubscribe from these emails directly from the individual email, at the bottom right under "Turn off email notifications". After cancellation, the system won’t send emails for the individual lessons or pages.

Important: If you unsubscribe from emails it won’t be possibleto subscribe again.

Where can I find my invoice?

You can also view and download your invoice in your account.

Simply follow these steps:

  1. Log in and go in the main menu of your account to "Payments" and "Orders."
  2. Click on the pencil icon on the right of the selected order.
  3. On the next page under "Payment overview" click on the arrow to expand the details.
  4. Click on the gray info button on the right.
  5. Click on "Receipt Detail" on the far right. Your invoice will then open and you can download it.
Please note: We use the services of Ablefy to host our products, process payments, handle accounting, and manage taxes. Therefore, our company is not listed as the billing party on the invoice.

How can I change my payment method?

You have the option to change the previously selected payment method at any given time.

  1. Log into your customer account.
  2. Click on "Payments" and then "Orders" in the menu on the left.
  3. Then scroll to the right and click on the "..." symbol, then click on “link”, which will take you to the payment overview for this order.
  4. Selecting a new payment method After clicking on the “Change payment method” button, a pop-up appears where you can select the new payment method.
Credit Card:
  1. Click on "Change payment method".
  2. Select credit card and click on the yellow "Change payment method" button.
  3.  Click on "Pay next installment".
  4. Now you will be forwarded to the 3D Secure site, where you can enter the new credit card details from which the new rate will be triggered. The payment is carried out and automatically saved for the next due date.
PayPal:
  1. Click on "Change payment method" Select PayPal and click on the yellow "Change payment method" button.
  2. Click on "Pay next installment".
  3. You will be forwarded to PayPal. There you can enter the required data and complete the payment.
SEPA
  1. Click on "Change payment method".
  2.  Enter the IBAN and click on "Change payment method" again.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription through your payment management link. The termination will only take effect at the end of the minimum term.

To do so, please:
  1. Log into your account Click on "Payments" and then "Orders" in the menu on the left.
  2.  Then scroll to the right and click on the "..." symbol, then click on “link”, which will take you to the payment overview for this order.
  3. On the next page, you can cancel the subscription by clicking on "Cancel".
  4. The cancellation will then take effect on the final due date for your payment. This is 1 day before the next due date.
Cancel on the shop page:
You also have the option to cancel the subscription on our store page where you made the purchase. In the upper menu under your account icon, you will find the option "Cancel subscription" in the upper right corner.
